Customer Care

At Airtrax UK, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and a smooth purchasing experience. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will aim to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return, and a further 14 days to return the item once the return has been approved.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
  • Damaged, punctured, or used products are not eligible for return, unless the item is faulty.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, in which case Airtrax UK will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable period, please contact us with clear photos and a description of the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with consumer rights.

Delivery Information

  • We do not offer compensation for carrier delays. While orders are shipped using a 24-hour service, delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for next working day delivery.
  • Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
  • Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.

Wholesale Inquiries

As an international supplier, we welcome bulk and wholesale orders from gyms, clubs, schools, and businesses. Please contact us directly to discuss pricing and availability.

Privacy & Safety

Your personal data is handled securely and in accordance with data protection regulations. We do not share customer data with third parties, and payment details are never stored after processing.

Festive Holiday Returns

Festive Returns Extension:

For purchases made between 19th November and 24th December, our standard 14-day returns period is extended to 30 days to allow extra flexibility during the Christmas period.
