At Airtrax UK, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. We strive to ensure a smooth purchasing experience, but if any issues arise, we will act promptly to resolve them.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Damaged or punctured products cannot be returned, except for repair at the purchaser’s cost.
- We do not offer compensation for carrier delays. While orders are shipped on a 24-hour service, delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday for next-day delivery.
- Standard deliveries occur Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.
Wholesale Inquiries
As an international supplier, we welcome bulk orders from gyms, clubs, schools, and businesses. For inquiries, please contact us directly.
